1 設定 App を開きます。

2 ユーザ名をタップし、「サブスクリプション」をタップします*。

3 変更・解約したいサブスクリプションをタップします。

4 別のオプションを選択するか、「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」をタップします。「サブスクリプションをキャンセルする」が表示されない場合は、すでに解約されています (したがって更新されることもありません)。

* 設定 App に「サブスクリプション」が表示されない場合は、代わりに「iTunes と App Store」をタップしてください。

Apple ID (通常はメールアドレスです) をタップし、「Apple ID を表示」をタップします。サインインして、下にスクロールして「サブスクリプション」を表示し、「サブスクリプション」をタップします。

アプリをアンインストールしても、定期購入は解約されません。

4 解約する定期購入を選択します。

5 [定期購入を解約] をタップします。

定期購入しているアプリが Google Play から削除された場合、それ以降の定期購入は解約されます。

それまでの定期購入は払い戻しの対象になりません。

For iPhone Users

LiveRun uses your AppStore ID to automatically bill you through the AppStore monthly. Please note that deleting LiveRun from your phone does not cancel the monthly subscription.

If you want to stop the payments, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the LiveRun next billing cycle.

How to Cancel

As required by Apple you must manually cancel the subscription. Here’s how:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone and click your user name at the top.

Tap Subscriptions

Tap LiveRun and then click Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will be canceled but you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

Please note that simply uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel, please do the following:

Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device

Check to make sure you are logged into the correct Google Account

Tap the [Subscription] menu item

Select LiveRun

Tap Cancel Subscription

Follow the instructions on screen.

メンバー登録と表示があればメンバーに登録されています。

If you see that your membership says $9.99/month, it means that you are a current subscriber.
